Requirements

Based in Bulgaria or Spain
Ability to manage delivery of patient research studies (e.g., embedded trial interview studies or RW mixed-method studies) from initiation to closeout
Experience in coordinating workstreams and cross-functional project teams
Proficiency in monitoring use of consistent tools and operational methodologies
Skills in identifying/evaluating project risks and developing mitigation plans
Capability to serve as primary point of contact with project sponsors
Ability to collaborate with study patient science engagement leaders and science teams
Knowledge of SOPs, policies, and practices for study delivery
Competence in clinical project management focused on delivery, productivity, quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction
Ability to run studies independently

Responsibilities

Participate in bid defense presentations in partnership with Principal in Charge (PIC) and may lead the presentation for study management section
Develop study project management plans with the core project team
Responsible for project management deliverables including client update presentations, recruitment trackers, consent forms, and site training materials
Coach and lead project management analysts and associate project managers assigned to studies
Accountable for execution of PCS studies per contract, optimizing speed, quality, and cost; ensuring consistent use of study tools/training materials and compliance with processes/policies/procedures
Set objectives for core project team/sub-teams according to contract/strategy/approach, communicate effectively, and assess performance
Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestone achievement and manage study issues/obstacles
Monitor progress against contract and prepare/present project/sub-team information to internal/external stakeholders
Manage risk (positive/negative) and contingencies proactively; lead problem-solving/resolution efforts
Achieve project quality by identifying quality risks/issues, responding to team-raised issues, and planning/implementing corrective/preventative actions
Ensure financial success of the project; forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities for earlier revenue
Identify changes in scope and manage change control process
Identify lessons learned and implement best practices
May serve as primary contact for vendors, leading vendor management activities per project requirements
