The Project Manager Apprentice will work alongside a Territory Manager to manage residential construction projects, including planning, directing, and coordinating these projects. They will frequently communicate with clients, solve problems, drive to job sites, and work approximately 50 hours per week, collaborating with a fun and driven team. The role involves facilitating details in a fast-paced environment and engaging in difficult conversations with clients to ensure excellent service and profitable projects, ultimately growing and developing into an effective Project Manager leading their own projects.
