Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program management, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to juggle multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to measure impact and make decisions, and challenge existing assumptions
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills; able to present clearly
  • Self-starter attitude; able to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail, bias for action, sense of ownership, and accountability
  • Comfortable operating across several projects and coordination tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Slack

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of key projects: defining scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking deliverables
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating and resolving blockers across internal and external stakeholders
  • Define, document, and improve workflows to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure consistency
  • Collaborate with Legal & Compliance to ensure projects conform to regulatory requirements, audit readiness, and security protocols
  • Serve as the liaison between teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Customer Ops, Finance) to ensure coordination, alignment, and smooth handoffs
  • Monitor project KPIs; prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership as needed
  • Identify process inefficiencies or pain points, propose improvements, and help implement them
  • Help with vendor / third-party partner coordination as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices (tools, templates, communication, risk tracking)
