Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in project management, particularly within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, with a focus on Non-Interventional Studies (NIS). Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage complex projects are essential, alongside a solid understanding of ICH/GCP & ENCePP guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and leading the delivery of assigned studies within the NIS portfolio, including database studies, ITC studies, meta-analyses, and RCT analyses, from concept to handover. This includes coordinating study documentation, selecting and managing vendors, developing and managing budgets, escalating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with scientific leads and matrix partners, contributing to process improvements, and building relationships across various functions.
