Responsibilities
- Analyseren van strategische doelen en vertalen naar een concreet projectplan, inclusief scope, timing, budget en stakeholders; opzetten van een stuurgroep
- Leiden van projecten van A tot Z: bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en budget; anticiperen op en oplossen van problemen
- Communiceren helder, iedereen op koers houden en zorgen voor richting en draagvlak
- Beheren van veranderingen: anticiperen op weerstand, creëren van draagvlak en informeren van stakeholders via het juiste kanaal voor soepele implementatie van nieuwe processen en werkwijzen
- Afsluiten van projecten met grondige evaluatie van scope, timing, budget en kwaliteit; formuleren en delen van lessons learned voor toekomstige projecten
