Requirements

Full knowledge of flagging and rigging
Over 5 years of working experience in operating all applicable industrial vehicles, from forklifts to overhead cranes
Skills and willingness to perform assigned tasks in a fully competent manner
Requires minimal supervision to perform duties
Computer literate
Must get along well with others
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Available to work 1st or 2nd shift (any night shift activity qualifies for another $3 per hour; candidates may be placed on any shift dependent on business needs)
Must pass pre-employment screenings: background screening, physical, and drug/alcohol screening

Responsibilities

Operate all TurboFab vehicles and Industrial Trucks, on or off company premises, to move, load, and/or unload material, equipment, etc. (includes company truck, large capacity forklifts, cherry pickers, cranes, wheel equipment, crawlers, Heavy Equipment like Link/Belt Cranes and Manitowoc Cranes)
Check vehicles for proper and safe loading operations
Ensure correct loading and unloading procedures of assigned vehicle
Ensure safe rigging occurs and plan yard lifts and execute load-outs
Comply with all of TurboFab’s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, Regulations and Guidelines
Load and unload applicable vehicles, as needed
Meet and comply with all production schedules without compromising quality
Keep all areas clean and orderly and comply with TurboFab’s housekeeping procedures
Work from authorized documents and other written and oral instructions to complete assigned tasks
Ensure documentation is complete and accurate
Perform emergency minor maintenance to vehicle as may be necessary
Train other less experienced operators, as needed
