Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or related engineering discipline, familiarity with ARP 4754A, DO-178C, and DO-254, prior experience in aircraft system integration preferably with avionics, strong organizational and communication skills with project coordination experience, and experience using Polarion, JIRA, and Confluence or equivalent tools.

Candidates with previous work at an aircraft OEM or avionics supplier, hands-on experience managing certification artifacts and processes, familiarity with Part 23/25 or Part 27/29 aircraft certification programs, and experience working with FAA, DERs, or equivalent regulatory authorities will stand out.
