Responsibilities

  • Cadrage projet
  • Mobilisation ressource – plan charge
  • Organisation kick off et 1er contacts client
  • Planning, Mise en œuvre gouvernance et reporting
  • Mise à jour des Risk log (financier)
  • Exécution du projet: Gère planning, risk, impact cost, P&L
  • Pilote mise à disposition des moyens et planning global
  • Suivi des actions, risques, décisions et change
  • Reporting interne (Forecast financier…) – remontée alerte, suivi financier
  • Suivi des PV
  • Si Prestataire, le chef de projet assure le suivi financier
  • Reporting client
  • Rédaction selon les projets des plans d’assurance qualité, Plan assurance sécurité, plan projet…
  • Communication client
  • Communication interne HPE
  • Management fonctionnel entre 3 et 5 ressources de profils HPE ou sous-traitant
