Responsibilities

Project scoping (Cadrage projet)
Resource mobilization and workload planning
Organization of kick-off and first client contacts
Planning, implementation of governance and reporting
Update of Risk log (financial)
Project execution: Manage planning, risks, impact on costs, P&L
Pilot resource availability and global planning
Follow-up of actions, risks, decisions, and changes
Internal reporting (financial forecast, alerts, financial follow-up)
Follow-up of meeting minutes (PV)
If subcontractors involved, ensure financial follow-up
Client reporting
Drafting project-specific plans: quality assurance plan, security assurance plan, project plan
Client communication
Internal HPE communication
Functional management of 3 to 5 resources (HPE profiles or subcontractors)
