Responsibilities

  • Project scoping (Cadrage projet)
  • Resource mobilization and workload planning
  • Organization of kick-off and first client contacts
  • Planning, implementation of governance and reporting
  • Update of Risk log (financial)
  • Project execution: Manage planning, risks, impact on costs, P&L
  • Pilot resource availability and global planning
  • Follow-up of actions, risks, decisions, and changes
  • Internal reporting (financial forecast, alerts, financial follow-up)
  • Follow-up of meeting minutes (PV)
  • If subcontractors involved, ensure financial follow-up
  • Client reporting
  • Drafting project-specific plans: quality assurance plan, security assurance plan, project plan
  • Client communication
  • Internal HPE communication
  • Functional management of 3 to 5 resources (HPE profiles or subcontractors)
