Responsibilities
Develop project scoping documents for commodities including gas gathering, compression, natural gas processing plants, and CO2 facilities, including high-level cost and schedule
Incorporate input from departments such as ROW, Environmental, Operations, Measurement, Engineering, and Commercial
Focus on Oklahoma Asset projects, with opportunities for other assets
Manage project activities, demonstrating project management fundamentals, including plant and process facility design
Manage engineering FEED studies for larger or unique projects
Collect, review, and disseminate information related to engineering services, scope definition, estimating, scheduling, design, bid preparation, procurement, construction, record keeping, right-of-way, and environmental activities
Develop project schedules with aid from scheduling team
Develop business cases for scope of work, determine project development phase, perform gap analysis on deliverables, describe program management principles, generate program objectives and critical success factors, ensure project alignment
Write scope definition documents, develop scope change management procedures, and use similar documentation from previous projects
Develop project control, interface, and scope change management procedures
Support development of optimal project solutions maximizing economic value within budgetary and resource constraints
Create cost plans including estimating, budgeting, cost control & reporting, using prior projects; account for cost estimates, contract strategies, construction, quality assurance, pricing for equipment/materials, and labor productivity
Assess cost impact of scope changes
Develop project schedules showing critical path using prior similar projects, describe and apply schedule control procedures, validate contractor re-baselined schedules
