Requirements

Proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally in finance or IT environments - at least 2-3 years
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong understanding of financial systems, compliance, and process optimization
Familiarity with ERP; other billing systems are a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate with C++ developers and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of internal financial tools
Develop and implement KPI-based project monitoring and reporting frameworks
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control requirements
Support risk-related initiatives and navigate non-transparent or complex project environments
Apply agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to drive project delivery
Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello for project tracking and documentation
