At least 3+ years of experience in a BAU Project Coordination / Project Manager role with ability to demonstrate excellent scope and timeline control
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
Experience working within an IT environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), PowerPoint (presentations), and Word (documentation)
Hands-on experience with ticket handling tools such as Jira
Experience with Smartsheet (preferred)
Experience working in a PMO or supporting project management functions (preferred)
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum (preferred)
Knowledge of project tracking tools and project governance frameworks (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist the PMO in daily operations, including task coordination and project tracking
Manage and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Use Jira to manage and monitor project issues and tasks
Prepare project status reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders
Track project progress and ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with internal teams
Support the team in resource management, scheduling, and follow-up on project deliverables
Assist with administrative tasks like meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and maintaining project timelines
Ensure compliance with project governance and standards
Any other tasks as directed by MRI Leadership team
