Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a business, engineering, construction, data analytics, or technology-related field, and a minimum of two years of practical experience in Project Control and Management Systems implementation, specifically with Kahua or Procore, along with two years of experience in project control and management system work processes including project governance, cost, and contract management. Furthermore, candidates should have at least two years of experience in gathering, interpreting, and translating business and system requirements into industry standard process and system designs, as well as experience in planning and leading System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities

The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for leading end-to-end planning and delivery of Project Control and Management systems implementations, conducting systems integration and data conversion activities, delivering digital experience projects as part of a cross-functional team, and providing consulting or field experience in engineering, project management, or project controls within industries such as 5G/Telecomm/Network design/buildout, Life Sciences, Renewables/Hydrogen, Utilities and/or Discrete Manufacturing, Public Sector and/or Transportation, while utilizing proficiency in Microsoft applications, Oracle Construction and Engineering Suite, Hexagon Ecosys PPM, E-Builder, Procore, Kahua, PowerBI and Tableau.
