Skill in Tech for Operations - Adobe Workfront Work Management Software
Ability to lead implementation, configuration, and enterprise adoption of Workfront platform
Expertise in managing technology, workflows, and requirements, including process improvements
Experience directing implementation of new functionality and enterprise software integration (Automation, APIs, Fusion)
Proficiency in configuring Workfront to meet business requirements, driving user adoption, and creating reports/dashboards
Capability to identify and assess complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation
Adherence to strategic direction from senior management
Interaction with senior management at client/Accenture level
Latitude in decision-making and acting independently on methods/procedures
Experience managing large-medium sized teams/work efforts
Availability to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and enterprise adoption of Workfront platform, managing technology, workflows, and requirements, supporting process improvements
Direct implementation of new functionality and lead enterprise software integration initiatives, defining requirements, testing, and troubleshooting (Automation, APIs, Fusion)
Configure Workfront platform to meet business requirements, drive user adoption, and provide transparency through reports and dashboards
Create, share, and update reports and dashboards as requested by leadership, partnering with business units on requirements
Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
Create solutions requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Establish near-term goals adhering to strategic direction from senior management
Interact with senior management at client/Accenture, potentially requiring acceptance of alternate approaches
Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Make decisions with major day-to-day impact on area of responsibility
Manage large-medium sized teams and/or work efforts at client or within Accenture
