Requirements

  • GCE A/Ls or GCE O/L with a certificate / diploma level qualification
  • Good command in MS Office

  • Google Sheets proficiency
  • Good communication skills in English (Verbal / Written)
  • Excellent proof-reading knowledge

  • Prior experience in content handling is an added advantage
  • Ability to work according to foreign calendars
  • Ability to work for the USA calendar
  • Working hours: 6.30 pm - 2.30 am
  • Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka

Responsibilities

  • Enter and record music metadata from electronic source materials into the SuperQ system
  • Conduct rigorous research in the SuperQ system, web, and movie databases for required information
  • Perform self audits and audits for other team members as per instructions from Team Superior/s
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to identify and rectify data-related issues
  • Verify processed data to ensure accuracy above company standards
  • Update and maintain all reports allocated by the Team Superior/s accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support the management and other team members to achieve weekly or monthly deadlines
  • Maintain effective communication with team superiors and other team members
  • Complete miscellaneous priority tasks associated with various metadata
  • Provide support on additional company projects whenever required
