U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain required government security clearance (CBP Final)
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of applicable work experience
Experience working on a software development project
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Demonstrated understanding of project management tasks
Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing information
Interest in identifying and implementing process improvements
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of client, technical and back-office personnel verbally and in writing
Excellent relationship building capability – ability to apply logical thinking and diplomacy to resolve complex issues with a mutually beneficial result
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment which requires multi-tasking, organization and attention to detail in order to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
