Responsibilities

Deliver accurate business insights by preparing and maintaining MIS reports for leadership, using Excel/Google Sheets/MySQL for data validation, cleaning, and analysis
Safeguard workflow reliability by monitoring and validating automated processes (e.g. invoice calculations, appeal filings, large scale data/document fetches)
Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks, validating data completeness and accuracy before outputs reach customers
Investigate and manually resolve exceptions, anomalies and edge cases e.g. invoices not going out, accounts stuck in their lifecycle etc
Bridge automation gaps by executing workflows manually in regions where automation is not yet implemented
Enable continuous improvement by collaborating with engineering and product teams to highlight recurring process gaps and support future automation
Document learnings, issues, and edge cases to improve knowledge-sharing and workflow design
