Requirements

  • Proven experience in PMO, resource management, and program coordination
  • Strong understanding of business and technology program delivery
  • Proficiency in using standard tools and methodologies for program and service management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Australian Citizen with an active NV1 security clearance (mandatory)
  • Willing to work onsite 5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Oversee program management office (PMO) activities, including resource planning, allocation, and coordination to ensure seamless program execution
  • Drive the successful delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services
  • Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives, manage dependencies, and address challenges effectively
