Minimum 3 years of experience
15 years full time education
Proficiency in Agile Project Management (Must Have)
Experience with Scrum (Good to Have)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
Robust knowledge and deep experience in Software development using C#, ASP.net MVC, ASP.net WebAPI, Angular and SQL Server
Experience with developing and consuming Web API/REST API
Experience in data

Responsibilities

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes
Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables
Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes
Be responsible for the successful completion of projects and programs
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
Ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget
Identify and mitigate project risks
Run the Agile Scrum process and ceremonies to support software development
Coach the development team on best Agile practices
Support teams in analyzing and adapting to continuously improve software delivery processes
Assist with negotiations between Development and Product Management on sprint goals
Ensure sprints are delivered on time to the definition of done
Ensure retrospectives are held and outcomes are completed
Ensure development activities take place in accordance with Phlexglobal SDLC SOP
Coach Development Team members on best Agile practices and liaise with developers, testers, and Product Management to define sprints
Plan and run Agile Scrum ceremonies
Assist in planning sprints and take accountability for sprint management
Improve on-time delivery of sprints to the definition of done
Start and stop sprints and help manage the Backlog within JIRA
Work with the team to improve through analyzing and adapting
Ensure transparency of work within development teams
Report on key sprint outcome metrics (velocity, sprint completion, quality)
Ensure work is tracked in JIRA according to SOP
Ensure sprint burndown chart accurately reflects current sprint position
Assist team to plan achievable sprints, aiding in scope negotiations with Product Management
Support additional meetings for Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe)
