  • Minimum 2 years of experience (recent graduates with limited experience considered)

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, software applications, and databases (good to have)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, SQL) or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) (good to have)

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes
  • Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables
  • Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes
  • Perform routine work and requested work (standard) according to procedure manuals (SOP)
  • Perform non-standard work requests according to client demands (including investigation)
  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Java and SQL/PLSQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development
  • Monitor and maintain applications
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
