Minimum 3 years of experience
15 years full-time education, preferably in Technology Architecture, Technology & Information Architectures, or related field
Proficiency in Network Infrastructures (must-have)
Proficiency in routing, switching, Genesys CX, and Amazon Connect (must-have)
Strong understanding of network infrastructures
Experience in deploying solution architectures
Solid grasp of architectural standards and processes
Experience in instituting solution-testing criteria
Experience with OSI model, TCP/IP, and IP Subnetting
Understanding of Virtual Machines/Firewalls
PowerShell scripting
Experience in configuration of Cisco Switches, Routers, and wireless devices
Good troubleshooting skills in Cisco Switches and Routers
Good to have: AWS certification, CCNA, CCNP
Good to have: Experience with Enterprise Network Operations

Responsibilities

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes
Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables
Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes
Lead the definition, design, and documentation of technical environments
Deploy solution architectures and conduct analysis of alternative architectures
Create architectural standards and define processes to ensure conformance with standards
Institute solution-testing criteria and define a solution's cost of ownership
Promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architecture
