Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a technology or digital environment. Strong experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SaFe, is required, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with international projects and experience working with business and technical teams are also beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Program Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for the functional design of an international project, consisting of a suite of products developed using Agile (SaFe). They will track business and operational needs, coordinate with technical teams, monitor project performance, ensure consistency across guest and cast member experiences, and develop strategic recommendations to enhance project performance. Specifically, this includes coordinating the scope functional of complex projects, participating in functional design, coordinating the collection and dissemination of needs across 30 teams, defining and deploying methodologies for team coordination, and supervising technical deliveries while ensuring quality and addressing functional gaps.
