Requirements

  • Experience performing as a scrum master, product owner, or program manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage QA programs, services, and initiatives across multiple products and platforms, ensuring delivery excellence and timely reporting
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects and initiatives with internal teams and regional partners, managing schedules, scope, risks, and KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and adoption of best practices across teams
  • Develop reporting metrics and create visualizations to inform quality and business outcomes
  • Facilitate meetings to communicate updates, influence change, provide training, and support decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with development leads and deliver high-impact quality-related services
  • Foster a culture of trust, inclusivity, and cross-team collaboration
  • Ensure requirements and risks are actively managed throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Contribute to master test plan development and QA strategy alignment
  • Assist in creating the development of knowledge and skills in others through training, mentoring, and constructive feedback
