Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive background in leading and managing infrastructure teams delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle, along with experience in data networks, data centres, EUC and voice. They must also have a qualification or certification in Prince2, PMI, PMP, or Agile, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Strong financial management skills, including ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved, and robust change management skills covering technical, business, and scope changes are required.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will lead one or more large-sized infrastructure programs of works, owning the book of business for those programs and creating and implementing program definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives. They will prepare detailed statements of work, collaborate with stakeholders to gain concurrence, and negotiate variations as needed. The role involves ensuring adherence to project management policies, working with broader DXC Technology teams on technology solutions, and delivering clear communications to stakeholders at C-suite level. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for risk identification, assessment, management, and control, as well as planning, running, and metrics reporting for customer steerco meetings and project team meetings.
