About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager - AI to join our internal AI Prototyping team. This team sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and product innovation, rapidly translating business needs into AI-powered proof-of-concepts and prototypes. As a Program Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the team—ensuring seamless execution across a dynamic mix of customer-driven, product-driven, and internal AI innovation projects. You’ll also play a strategic support role to Product Managers and technologists by conducting research that shapes our prototyping decisions—helping us stay ahead of market trends and avoid reinventing the wheel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project & Operational Management
    • Maintain the master prototyping backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect evolving business needs and requests from Turing Intelligence (TI) leadership.
    • Coordinate resourcing and workload across pods (PMs, developers, design technologists), keeping clear visibility into “who’s working on what.”
    • Facilitate team standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as needed to keep projects on track.
    • Create and manage lightweight but effective workflows for intake, scoping, and delivery of prototype work.
    • Track milestones and outcomes across projects and communicate updates clearly to R&D and TI stakeholders.
    • Support the LaunchPad program by coordinating sessions, gathering feedback, and helping onboard new talent into prototype teams.
    • Partner with R&D operations or finance as needed for light-touch support around budget tracking, tooling access, and vendor onboarding.
    • Track and report on key metrics of success for the Prototyping group (e.g., throughput, proposal support, internal tool impact).
