Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience providing financial oversight and strategic support across multiple programs in a government contracting environment, along with a Bachelor’s degree. They must be a US Citizen and able to attain low-level security clearance, and be comfortable working in a Google Drive / Slack environment. Strong Excel skills and prior experience with different contract types, especially FFP and T&M, are also required, as well as familiarity with FAR, DFARS and CAS.
The Program Finance Lead will be responsible for the planning and execution of all activities related to life-cycle program financial management, partnering closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams. This includes leading program-level and division-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, EACs, burn analysis, variance analysis, and project set-up for assigned programs, coordinating monthly forecast updates, supporting monthly close activities, building and maintaining financial models, managing relationships with stakeholders, reviewing contract modifications and subcontractor invoices, and presenting monthly results to senior leadership. They will also be responsible for effectively communicating risks and opportunities, delivering insight on financial impact of business decisions, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the program life cycle.
