Based in Mexico City, with regular on-site presence at client's office
Comfortable working in person on a consistent basis and aligning hours to Central Timezone (CT)
Experience leading cross-functional program or project teams
Ability to develop, define, and lead oversight and governance mechanisms for workstreams
Skills in managing complex issues through analysis of intangible variables, requiring creativity and innovation
Capability to navigate teams through difficult challenges and develop resolution plans using effective program management principles
Proficiency in building and maintaining program/project plans, schedules, and performance reports
Experience managing direct client relationships at the executive level
Ability to balance delivery and financial success to meet profitability and growth targets
Preparedness to independently lead cross-functional teams or provide program management support under another lead

Responsibilities

Spearhead program delivery strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of major client account engagements
Cultivate and manage direct client relationships at the executive level
Lead cross-functional program teams
Establish delivery governance mechanisms
Drive strategies to meet program goals
Develop, define, and lead oversight and governance for various workstreams across the client account, ensuring integration across processes
Manage cross-functional program or project teams, establish strategies and plans to meet strategic goals, and drive priorities/task assignments
Handle extremely complex issues, identify effective program management principles, and develop resolution plans
Build and maintain program or project plans, schedules, and performance reports
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to the Account Leadership Team
