Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and have at least two years of experience in (Re)insurance and project management, with preferred knowledge of Life Insurance products and strong MS Excel skills. The ability to handle competing timelines is also required.
The Program Analyst II will oversee Institutional and Third-Party capital initiative project management, including hosting working groups and drafting project plans and meeting follow-ups, support capital call processes for Block deals and Monthly Flow, prepare budgets & expense analysis for multiple third-party capital vehicles, and support coordination & preparation of board meeting materials for multiple vehicles, as well as assist in special projects on an ad-hoc basis.
