Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working with Sales Force, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
- 3+ years’ experience working with sales operations or any quote/order to cash process
- 3+ years’ experience supporting internal Customer facing teams such as Project Managers, Sales, or Account Executives
- Ability to be agile, flexible, and adjust as needed with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute high volume of transactions with high accuracy
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Verification of PS Sales Bookings and Orders
- Verification of change orders and processing in SalesForce and project delivery software system
- Creating of Project Closure Forms
- Processing of Billing across 7 different types and processes and verification of prerequisites
- Processing of Refund requests
- Calculation of cancellation fees and processing of the invoices
- Creating and processing of full project Termination Agreements
