Production Worker at Sunrise Farms

This is a full-time hourly position requiring availability for both day and night shifts, with 8-hour shifts standing. Flexibility is needed as team members may be assigned to different production areas based on business needs.

Candidates need to be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly, bending, reaching, and standing for 8-hour shifts in cold temperatures (0-10C) while working with raw meat. A positive attitude, safety focus, and ability to work cooperatively with speed and accuracy are essential; previous poultry experience is an asset.

The role involves working on a production line in a fast-paced environment as part of a cooperative team to meet quotas and goals, emphasizing dependability, consistent attendance, pride in work, and a positive professional attitude.
