Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in aircraft production/manufacturing, including composite layup, avionics fabrication, avionics installation, aircraft final assembly, or ground support equipment. Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is also required, along with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
The Production Technician will support and perform assembly, testing, and configuration of aircraft systems such as UAVs, avionics, and ground support equipment. They will assist with troubleshooting, component removal/replacement, and testing, utilizing technical publications and approved procedures. Additionally, the role involves trimming, painting, and bodywork of UAV components, engine ground runs and break-ins, modifications or repairs to composite components, coordinating with team members to ensure on-time delivery, and performing other related duties as assigned.
