Requirements

Knowledge and experience in a leadership position in electrical assembly in production at a heavy industry company
Process improvement: Ability to assess current product quality and production methods; focus on continuous improvement of processes, products, and services
Electrical assembly processes: In-depth knowledge of electrical assembly processes within a manufacturing facility
Safety in manufacturing: Knowledge and experience in production safety
Completed technical training and master craftsman or technician qualification, or completed technical degree, or comparable qualification
Experience in manufacturing large engines or similar products (preferred)
Good English skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

Monitoring and improving safety in the manufacturing area, identifying risks, and consistently eliminating unsafe processes
Taking full responsibility for quality within the assigned value stream
Conducting feedback loops and driving corrective actions to eliminate root causes
Improving production processes and supporting employees with issues directly related to electrical assembly
Leading Built-in-Quality measures (BIQ) for the Electrical Assembly area
Ensuring strict adherence to standard work instructions and the production system to meet quality requirements and production schedules
Building and developing a production team of up to 15 employees
Employee leadership with high standards and responsibility
Collaborating with Supply Chain and Logistics areas to ensure material availability
Ensuring timely execution of preventive maintenance work
Organizing and partially conducting training for team members
Initiating and conducting communication and process improvement discussions with other team leads and employees
Leading departmental status meetings and monitoring/checking production key figures
