Experience in Battery Modules/Packs assembly or a related field, ideally in the automotive industry

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes and that production targets and deadlines are met
Provide training, guidance, and support to production team members. Conduct performance evaluations, address performance issues, and manage disciplinary actions as necessary
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
Monitor and inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Address and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and adequate stock to meet production needs
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency utilizing lean manufacturing principles
Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
