Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing line, coordinating shift activities to meet key performance metrics in areas such as Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, Finance, Productivity, and People. They will lead efforts to deliver quality and compliance performance, initiate and manage decisions impacting product quality, and manage budget accountability for headcount, overtime, and direct expenses. Additionally, the supervisor will track and improve budgetary performance, monitor production metrics, and continuously strive for process improvements.
