Requirements

  • 4-8 years engineering experience with Fanuc Robots
  • Competent with Robo-guide
  • PLC/HMI troubleshooting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
  • Flexible and enthusiastic to learn new systems

Responsibilities

  • Programming Fanuc and Universal robots for automation
  • Able to use Robo-guide to make programs offline
  • Participating in automation strategy meetings
  • Complete robotic automation projects
  • Troubleshooting of electrical, PLC, and HMI systems
  • Assist to resolve and performing preventive analyses on day-to-day issues and suggest improvements related to business user related queries
  • Coordinate with various teams, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production issues/processes
  • Monitor, highlight and escalate the issues for production systems
  • Analyze the business processes and ensure compliance to all controlled processes according to business requirements
  • Support Production and Maintenance with Robot Troubleshooting
  • Provide engineering support for electronic and electro-mechanical equipment and processes, including the development, initiation and modification of processes for the production of new components
  • Plan and coordinate the integration of new machinery and equipment into manufacturing processes, including fabrication and testing of new machine components and tooling for the production of new products
  • Develop preventive maintenance programs for production and machinery, tooling and equipment
  • Testing of processes and machinery to identify and resolve production problems
  • Development and implementation of ergonomic improvements
