Requirements

2 - 5 years in print/digital design and print/digital production
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
Online portfolio showcasing design, thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and specific details about level of involvement on each project
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (experience with Figma, JIRA, Google Workspace, DAM/Brandfolder a plus)
Understanding of print & digital production processes, including color management, file preparation, print & web specifications and standards
Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, innovation, strong eagerness to learn and adapt
Deep passion and keen eye for design aesthetics
Ability to receive and implement feedback seamlessly and promptly
Highly adaptable, willing to experiment and learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements
Demonstrate ability to deliver projects to client specifications, within timeline and budget

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key creative and print operations team members to produce cohesive solutions
Translate conceptual designs into polished, production-ready artwork for print and digital platforms (e.g., direct mail, terms & conditions, in-store collateral, packaging, emails, social & digital ads, website assets)
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints
Maintain high standards of quality for mechanicals and prepare deliverables for print and digital production (including file setup, color management, preflighting)
Collaborate with external vendors and partners, providing guidance and overseeing production process for quality and accuracy
Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the creative team
Work quickly and efficiently with precision to details, project organization, and timelines
Maintain and update library of templates and internal creative assets
