Responsibilities

  • Execute, coordinate, analyze and update customer EDI demand volume and working plans for EDS plants in America
  • Act as contact to EDI volume global analysis/request
  • Identify Risk and Opportunities to the operation, to activate reaction plans at plant level and Customer Claims in coordination to Commercial team
  • Analyze, coordinate, and execute Customer Claims
  • Customer EDI demand volume Analysis for all plants in America
  • Coordinate with sites and obtain root causes of customer volume variation
  • Identify risk and opportunities to activate reaction plans
  • Coordinate customer claims with plants and commercial team
  • Report out EDI volume to: Global, Corporate, local Finance, Americas Management
  • Define EDI volume Guides for next Revenue Forecast submission
