Requirements

  • HS Diploma preferred but not required
  • 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices (BP), including labeling assigned packaging, portioning ingredients to appropriate measurements, and meal bagging correct quantities as directed by Line Lead and/or Team Lead
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to reach daily goals set by Supervisor
  • Maintain detail orientation and a clean workspace
  • Follow GMP and PPE standards (e.g., safety goggles, blue aprons, white plastic sleeves, captive footwear) in RTE and RTH areas
  • Report any damages, missing parts, or foreign materials immediately to FSQA/Leadership
  • Follow all recipes and instructions to create compound ingredients in correct proportions
  • Bring improvement ideas to RTH leadership and continuously work to improve
  • Execute normal production functions/tasks or as assigned when not assisting with RTH specific tasks
  • Receive direction from Supervisor, Line Lead, and/or Team Lead to fulfill production requirements
  • Label packaging at the standard average rate
  • Use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients
  • Pick ingredients with strong attention to detail during meal bagging/kitting process
  • Transition between tasks when needed
  • Work at a fast pace with strong attention to detail in shipping, and collaborate as a team to reach shipping goals
  • Follow all GMPs while onsite and keep work area clean at all times, assisting in EOD cleanups
  • Follow facility GMPs and help enforce them throughout the facility
  • Support company efforts to maintain food safety system (SQF) and quality programs
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines (e.g., proper lifting techniques)
