  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Willingness to perform assembly operations in multiple work stations
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime when required
  • Ability to lift/handle up to 50 lbs. daily and follow all safety and company rules
  • Demonstration of a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery, tools, fasteners, and computers

Responsibilities

  • Refer and adhere to manufacturing calendar for up-to-date production schedule
  • Use hand and light duty power tools to assemble product
  • Check build kit for accuracy of parts
  • Build out order to customer specifications
  • Ensure machine quality according to specifications
  • Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
  • Complete required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all parts are fitted and installed properly and report errors promptly
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
  • Read and interpret work orders, parts list, and sales orders
  • Position parts and examine connections for correct fit
  • Perform repairs as needed and report errors in the assembly line
  • Participate as an active member of the production assembly team
