Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing, computer, and arithmetic skills
- Basic computer skills and standard application program knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Willingness to perform assembly operations in multiple work stations
- Willingness and ability to work overtime when required
- Ability to lift/handle up to 50 lbs. daily and follow all safety and company rules
- Demonstration of a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery, tools, fasteners, and computers
- Commitment to exceeding expectations

Responsibilities
- Refer and adhere to manufacturing calendar for up-to-date production schedule
- Use hand and light duty power tools to assemble product
- Check build kit for accuracy of parts
- Build out order to customer specifications
- Ensure machine quality according to specifications
- Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
- Complete required documentation relating to business or regulatory requirements
- Ensure all parts are fitted and installed properly and report errors promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
- Read and interpret work orders, parts list, and sales orders
- Position parts and examine connections for correct fit
- Perform repairs as needed and report errors in the assembly line
- Participate as an active member of the production assembly team
