Requirements

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related courses
  • 0-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Demonstrates technical curiosity, creativity, and a passion for innovation
  • Excels in communication, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Assigned to one of the Product Supply functions: Supply Chain - Customer logistics, Market Planning, Purchases, or others
  • In Supply Chain - Customer logistics: Collaborate with multiple customers to implement supply projects that create new value; Lead Order Management team(s) to ensure right service at the right cost; Deliver Cash & Cost optimization projects in collaboration with Sales and other supply chain partners
  • In Market Planning: Plan and execute supply chain strategies for timely production and distribution of products to consumers, customers, and distributor partners; Lead a team of Raw/Packed Material and Finished goods planners for forecasting & planning for manufacturing operations of a plant/category; Lead Cost savings and Supply Chain re-design projects for your category to improve inventory
  • In Purchases: Lead Spend for a specific spend Pool (e.g., Logistics, Chemicals, Capital) for entire globe or region based on sourcing strategy; Own Supplier and Customer Relations
  • Work with Product Supply team and multifunctional teams including Marketing, Sales, and external suppliers
  • Discover P&G's technologies & standards and build capabilities through job experience, mentoring, and training
  • Create new value for the business by making non-intuitive connections between what’s needed and what’s possible
