Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders
Manage the backlog
Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals
Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature
Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities
Take full ownership of one product line
