Foundational knowledge of product management principles and agile methodologies, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage priorities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment are also required. Proficiency in user interface design, component architecture, and design systems, along with expertise in the core functionalities of ERP systems, is a plus.

Gathering user feedback, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting sprint demos for stakeholder validation are also key duties.
