Responsibilities

  • Accompany the execution of research, facilitating the collection of insights from operations, users, channels, and internal teams; structuring operational findings and ensuring identified needs translate into viable and actionable proposals within the product development cycle
  • Execute initiatives, organizing their tactical implementation, coordinating teams, and ensuring efficient, functional deliveries aligned with the product roadmap
  • Provide operational visibility on risks, dependencies, and improvements, translating strategic decisions into concrete actions that guarantee product quality, stability, and evolution
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Customer Experience, Risks, Compliance, etc.) to ensure agile and coordinated execution across squads, focusing on accelerating innovation and improving customer experience
  • Construct epics, features, and user stories, and execute activities derived from the backlog
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing functionalities and initiatives that promote adoption of digital solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to defined business objectives
