Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, (Business) Computer Science, Data Science, Data Management, or a related engineering discipline
  • Strong understanding of requirements engineering and agile software development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
  • Experience in regulated environments regarding data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, MDR)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in product management, program management, or as a Product Owner
  • Proven track record (3+ years) in delivering user-centric digital solutions
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven individual with strong influencing and communication skills
  • Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus
  • Experience in clinical, hospital, or digital health innovation settings is a plus
  • Product Owner certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Data Governance experts, and UI/UX teams to translate market trends and regulatory as well as feature-level requirements into executable work items with clear acceptance criteria for agile teams
  • Define technical objectives and solution scope together with software development teams while contributing to the platform architecture and overarching digital product and data governance initiative
  • Prioritize the product backlog and manage reporting, controlling, and requirements documentation (functional and non-functional)
  • Oversee all stages of the product development process for both medical and non-medical functionalities
  • Champion an innovative data analytics strategy in conjunction with other development streams and the data governance team
  • Coordinate cross-functional product teams and align priorities across functions
  • Monitor and evaluate progress at every stage of the development process
  • Support market positioning for data-driven digital products
