Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product design, as a product owner, or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  • Proven ability to create momentum, deal with ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies
  • Demonstrated experience clearly defining customer problems and developing roadmaps to address
  • Ability to establish success metrics, experimentation roadmaps, launch timelines, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
  • Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness in making strategic product decisions quickly with imperfect information
  • Experience with LLMs and AI development tools

Responsibilities

  • Create and communicate the AI product vision, direction and roadmap
  • Evangelize the use of AI tools across BETA to reduce toil and increase efficiency
  • Consolidate and communicate common stakeholder needs and dependencies to the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team leaders to understand dependencies and ensure timely delivery
  • Research and contribute to buy vs build decisions
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create product collateral
  • Define and manage scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities
  • Build POC AI Tools using AI Tools
