Responsibilities

Drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach
Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog
Ensure the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants
Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes
Expected to be a subject matter expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and objectives
Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog to reflect changing client needs and market conditions
