Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in product ownership. Prior experience with CRM tools, Sales/Marketing Resources, and Microsoft Office (including TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for sound decision-making. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Jira Align, Miro, and Lucid, experience supporting large-scale Salesforce Health Cloud systems, and product management experience.

Responsibilities

The Product Owner 2 is responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for an Agile delivery team by creating user stories and prioritizing the product backlog. This role maximizes the value of products created by the Agile team and serves as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the right product is built in the correct order, within budget, and by the deadline. The Product Owner 2 will manage backlog ownership, provide value-based guidance on backlog prioritization, coordinate with Product Managers, and engage with stakeholders, end users, and business owners to deliver high-value products. This role will also improve Product team capacity related to Salesforce Health Cloud and Community needs, acting as the liaison between business and technology teams.
