Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a technology or software development environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to translate business needs and user requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of product goals and objectives
Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product increments
Provide clear direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategy
Make decisions regarding feature scope, trade-offs, and prioritization to optimize value delivery
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features
Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
Support the Learning team to produce training and education materials for internal and external upskilling where required
Communicate product status, updates, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership
Work with the Senior Product Manager or Product Director to prioritise the detailed product backlog, working with technical teams to ensure sprint-level releases are aligned to the strategic product roadmap
