Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech or expense management, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, is required, along with proficiency in product management tools like Figma and excellent data analysis and visualization skills. Experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and procurement principles, including experience with procurement software, is also necessary. A Product Owner certification, such as CSPO, is preferred.
As the Product Owner, the individual will provide insights and feedback from stakeholders and customers, share data points and trends observed from backlog refinement and customer support queries, assist in refining high-level requirements by sharing practical constraints or opportunities, manage detailed requirements and user stories, collaborate with UX and engineering to develop prototypes, gather feedback from prototype testing, manage sprint planning and team-level backlog refinement, work closely with Engineering to ensure features are developed as per requirements, track progress and address any blockers, support Product Leads in market release preparations, monitor post-release performance metrics and gather feedback, and engage with Support to manage maintenance backlog. They will also support quality assurance from a functional perspective.
