Responsibilities

  • Crystallize Pigment’s value proposition within Supply Chain Planning through persona research, feedback gathering, and product testing
  • Develop messaging and positioning; build and deliver sales tools (presentations, webpages, etc.) across the sales cycle for GTM teams
  • Share current and upcoming trends with GTM and product teams to inform positioning and product roadmap
  • Facilitate alphas and betas for product testing, validate value proposition, and share prioritized feedback with product teams
  • Understand and translate complex supply chain planning buying/selling processes into successful GTM strategies
  • Manage product launches: build value messaging with product management, develop collateral/sales tools, collaborate on marketing plans, and own launches
  • Own prioritization of Pigment-wide feedback from sources (CSMs, Support, Sales, Partners, etc.), support product decisions, equip field teams, and close feedback loops
  • Work with demand generation teams (field marketing, content marketing) to create campaigns driving demand in Supply Chain Planning
